How can a business change their menu?
If after the initial submission, you need to make a change to a business' listing, contact support@ohyamarketing.com and any updates done by the support team will be published within 2 business days.
What format of menu or list of products/services is required?
In order to effectively sync a business' menu or service list, please provide a URL link to the menu (if it already exists online), or simply upload the service list in a PDF document when filling out the activation form.
Will Menu Sync by SinglePlatform create listings for a business?
Menu Sync by SinglePlatform will currently create listings on Google, Yelp, Foursquare, YP.com, TripAdvisor and Zomato. Some publishers require owner verification on their listings—we suggest a business claims their own listings on these publishers. Claiming listings will ensure a speedier pick-up time.
If a business already has a website, why do they need Menu Sync?
The majority of businesses who use Menu Sync have websites. However, a website is only good for people who have already know about that specific business or have heard about them in the past. Menu Sync helps businesses get discovered by new customers by displaying their offerings on all of the channels where customers are doing their research.
When will the enhanced listing data appear on the sites?
The initial listing information you provide to us (through the activation form) and any updates you need to make (by contacting support@ohyamarketing.com) will be published by us within 2 business days. From there, it takes different sites and apps from one week to one month to reflect those changes.
Is Menu Sync a product or service?
Menu Sync is a complete do-it-for-me service where we handle all of the heavy lifting for you. There is no dashboard for Menu Sync. All that we need is the business listing information, provided initially through the order form, or by emailing support@ohyamarketing.com with any listing updates.
What support do I have as a Menu Sync user?
A business has a dedicated team who is able to answer questions and make any updates or changes as often as the business owner requires.
